As the Senior Investment Strategist you will work collaboratively with our existing Senior Investment Strategist, and other key colleagues, to help lead the investment strategy function of Omnis, including the day to day running of the Omnis tactical asset allocation process. This includes overseeing macroeconomic research, investment strategy, tactical asset allocation and portfolio management.
You will also be responsible for leading and developing key areas of asset allocation in agreement with the CIO and leading the formation of the Omnis tactical asset allocation.
Proactive contributions to the wider investment team are also expected. You will be responsible for communicating with relevant boards, committees and advisers.
This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2 days a week required in the office.

Your responsibilities will include:
- The day-to-day organisation and maintenance of the Omnis tactical asset allocation process.
- The analysis, oversight and risk management of key areas of the asset allocation resulting in investment recommendations.
- Contributing to view formation in other areas of the asset allocation.
- Trade calculation and instruction.
- The effective communication of Omnis investment strategy to key stakeholders.
- Analysis and views of external Investment Managers appointed by Omnis.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the FCA’s Conduct Risk initiative, particularly with regards to “Customer Outcomes”.
- Ensure that the fair treatment of customers is at the centre of any decisions.
- Ensure knowledge of regulation and consumer duty and application to role.
