This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.
Responsible for:
- Providing professional regulated financial planning advice to both new and existing clients.
- Ongoing service to practice clients by conducting servicing and review events
- Acquiring and advising new clients from your own sources and developing new business by identifying potential clients through referral, networking, and marketing channels.

Key Accountabilities:
Acquisition:
Generate new business and new clients in accordance with agreed target markets through various marketing activities including managing relationships between firms, acquired businesses, and referral sources.
Engagement:
Explaining our Business Proposition and Fee Structure to clients and matching our Proposition to their individual needs.
Discovery:
Fact Finding: Gathering all relevant information including soft and hard facts as required to comply with Openwork's compliance process as detailed in their “Suitable Advice Framework” (SAF). Have a complete understanding of clients' needs and to be able to provide a suitable recommendation.
Planning:
Provide High Quality Advice. As regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority the Openwork SAF and processes.
Implementation:
Implementing the advised plans and recommendations by means of preparing and submitting the relevant suitability reports, and applications to product providers and the Openwork Partnership, in a timely and compliant manner.
Review:
Effectively establish and maintain the relationship between the client and Partnership Services. Understand that the client relationship and ownership lie with Partnership Services, and this must always be respected and maintained.
