The Business Manager for Omnis is responsible for enhancing governance and oversight and ensuring robust reporting and KPI management across the business to support the improvement of investment performance and to help grow the distribution of Omnis.
The role provides strategic coordination, operational oversight, and governance support to ensure the smooth running and growth of the firm.
Working closely with the CEO, the Business Manager acts as a bridge between investment, distribution, operations, compliance, and external service providers. The role involves supporting the delivery of the strategic initiatives while maintaining strong governance and regulatory oversight.
You will support the delivery of change initiatives and sales activities to enhance targeted adviser engagement. You will also help the CEO identify new business opportunities and help drive key strategic growth initiatives
Fostering key relationships at every level of the business, this role will support the CEO and Leadership Team to deliver operational service excellence through management reporting and risk & control monitoring activities.
This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week from our London office.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support senior leadership in delivering the firm’s strategic priorities.
- Coordinate and track key strategic initiatives including new fund launches, product development, and market expansion.
- Prepare executive and board-level materials including strategy updates and business performance reporting.
- Support governance structures including Product Governance Committee, Risk Committee, and Investment Committee.
- Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial planning processes.
- Produce management information and performance reporting for senior management.
- Assist with preparation of internal presentations and communications.
